Estate Sale Associate - Full-Time Specialty Staging & Sales ($20-$22/hr) Full-Time Estate Sales, Retail Sales, Staging, Customer Service Greater Seattle Area Job Overview We're hiring a full-time Estate Sale Associate - Specialty Stager & Sales to stage, organize, and sell estate items with a specialty focus on tools, sporting goods, lawn & yard equipment, and automobiles.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, customer interaction, and working with unique, high-value items.Estate sales are held in a different home location each week, requiring reliable transportation and flexibility.Team members collaborate closely but are also trusted to work independently.Pay & Benefits $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Mileage reimbursement program for travel between job sites Key Responsibilities Stage and organize items for estate sales, with emphasis on tools, sporting goods, lawn & yard equipment, and automobiles Sort, move, and remove items from attics, basements, garages, sheds, closets, and storage spaces Light cleaning and preparation of items and rooms for sale Assist with basic research and pricing of specialty and general items as directed Provide professional estate sale customer service during sale hours Assist customers, maintain displays, and operate the Square POS system Help with sale setup, breakdown, loading, clean-up, and load-out Qualifications Knowledge of or interest in tools, sporting goods, lawn & yard equipment, or automobiles Experience with estate sales, reselling, auctions, or secondhand markets is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs and storage areas safely Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Requirements Reliable transportation (job location changes weekly) Valid Washington State Driver's License Comfortable working in private homes and varied environments Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Shift:8 hour shift Day shift Application Question(s):What is a key reason you are excited to work with an estate sale company?
