American Medical Wellness (AMW) is a growing, patient-centered medical wellness clinic offering evidence-based aesthetic and wellness services. We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our multidisciplinary team in Henderson, NV. This role is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys working in a medical spa setting , values professionalism, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, ethical aesthetic care. Position Summary The Esthetician will provide non-medical aesthetic services and support medical aesthetic treatments under established protocols and supervision. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, and comfortable working alongside medical providers in a clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Perform esthetic services within Nevada scope of practice, including: Customized facials Chemical peels (non-medical depth) Microdermabrasion Acne treatments Skin care consultations and product education Maintain accurate and timely client documentation Adhere to AMW clinical protocols, sanitation standards, and safety policies Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommended skin care regimens Collaborate with medical providers and clinic staff to ensure continuity of care Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and patient-centered service at all times Qualifications Current Nevada Esthetician License (required) Minimum 1 year of esthetics experience preferred (medical spa experience a plus) Strong knowledge of skin care products and treatment modalities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a structured medical environment and follow written protocols Professional appearance and demeanor CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
