Fernwell Salon & Spa is a growing, wellness-focused salon and spa in Delaware , built around community, care, and intention. We’re currently renovating and expanding and are looking to bring on an esthetician with an existing or partially established clientele to grow with us. This position offers flexibility and is a commission-based position with strong earning potential as Fernwell continues expanding. What You’ll Be Doing Providing esthetic services such as facials, waxing, brows, lashes, and other treatments within your license Creating a calm, welcoming, wellness-focused client experience Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized treatment space Building and maintaining your clientele Collaborating in a supportive, community-driven environment What We’re Looking For Valid Delaware Esthetician license At least some existing clientele Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Passion for skincare, wellness, and client care Comfortable working independently while being part of a team What We Offer Commission Based A beautifully renovated space Supportive, non-toxic work environment Opportunity to grow with a developing salon & spa Freedom and flexibility in how you run your services This role is ideal for an esthetician who values community over competition and wants to be part of something intentional and growing.
