Esthetician Instructor

Overview We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetics, and the desire to educate and inspire the new generation of beauty professionals. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and informative lessons on esthetics theory and practical techniques. Develop curriculum and instructional materials that meet state and national standards. Provide hands-on training in various skin care treatments, makeup application, and spa services. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Requirements Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience in facials, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate students effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
