Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and eyelash extensions with precision and professionalism. Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and other hair removal services while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety. Utilize salon software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote optimal results. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the workspace to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike. Qualifications Valid esthetician license as required by state or local regulations. Knowledge of advanced esthetic treatments. Familiarity with salon management software such as Vagaro or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients. Competence in performing body waxing, lashes and other beauty services. Commitment to sanitation protocols and safety standards at all times.
