Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and facial therapies. Conduct esthetic laser treatments utilizing advanced laser technology to improve skin health and appearance. Provide professional makeup application for special occasions or everyday enhancement. Offer hair threading services with precision to ensure client satisfaction. Utilize salon management software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and creating personalized treatment plans. Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized following health regulations. Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and increase revenue opportunities. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law. Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. Knowledge of advanced skincare procedures including botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers is highly desirable. Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment booking and retail management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
