Job Roles And Responsibilities Prepare, coordinate, and submit project bids and estimates Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to develop accurate cost estimates Collaborate with accounting teams to align cost data and project requirements Work with purchasing teams to obtain pricing for materials, equipment, and subcontractors Coordinate with operations to confirm labor requirements, timelines, and execution plans Ensure all bids undergo proper internal review and approval Track submitted bids, follow up, and maintain organized bid records Identify cost saving opportunities and support process improvements Maintain accurate documentation for bids, proposals, and supporting materials Qualifications And Certifications Experience in estimating, bidding, or project coordination in construction, fabrication, or industrial sectors preferred Strong understanding of project costing, materials, and labor estimation Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with estimating or project management software is a plus Benefits Career growth and advancement opportunities Exposure to high impact projects Collaborative and team oriented work environment Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational excellence
