Job Description
Estimator This opportunity is with a well-established, large organization in the Property industry, known for its expertise in delivering high-quality construction projects. The company is committed to excellence and innovation in the Construction department. Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for Commercial TI projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine project costs. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary project information. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms. Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and propose value-engineering solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the estimating process. The Successful Applicant Strong experience in estimating for Commercial TI projects within the Property industry. Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000 USD annually.
