Estimator I or II

Sturgeon Electric Company seeks an Estimator I or II to support our Construction department. This role prepares detailed electrical construction estimates for power, telecom, and transportation projects. Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, interpreting drawings and specifications, soliciting and analyzing vendor and subcontractor quotes, and assisting with bid proposals and change orders. The Estimator partners with project managers and field teams to develop accurate budgets and schedules, supports value engineering, and helps maintain cost databases while promoting Sturgeon Electric’s culture of safety, teamwork, and client-focused solutions.
