Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription: DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Review project drawings and specifications to identify required equipment and scope for proposals. Enter and update opportunities in the CRM system. Coordinator with contractors to fill in missing information on specs and drawings. Communicate with vendors to provide technical information. Support Outside Sales Reps & Sales Engineers as needed. Handle incoming calls related to new unit sales. Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and goals. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customers and promote products. REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of electrical systems (voltage, amperage, single/three-phase) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong math and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM or project management software EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in estimating, electrical work, construction, or generator installation Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Technology, Engineering, or related field (PREFFERED) PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
