Job Description Estimator We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in the Willow Grove area with pay ranging from 90K-125K. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to accurately estimate project costs. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in helping our organization make informed decisions regarding pricing and project feasibility. Responsibilities: Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates are comprehensive and competitive Analyze project data and historical costs to improve estimating accuracy Assist in developing budgets and proposals for potential projects Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines If you are a motivated individual with a passion for accuracy and precision, we would love to hear from you.
