Job Title:ETL Developer - Remote Duration (Contract):6 Months Client Location:Dover, DE 19904 Location Preference:Remote Job Description:As a ETL Developer, you will design, build, and maintain reliable data integration pipelines that support analytics and operational reporting initiatives.You will work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to validate requirements, ensure data quality, and deliver scalable solutions using modern ETL and analytics tools while managing tasks independently in a fast paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data across systems.Build and optimize data workflows using enterprise ETL platforms and scripting languages.Validate requirements with end users to ensure accurate data mapping and outcomes.Implement data quality checks, logging, and documentation for operational reliability.Collaborate with analytics and database teams to ensure performant data solutions.Troubleshoot pipeline issues and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.Manage and prioritize project tasks to meet delivery timelines.Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:5years of hands on ETL development experience.Strong experience with Python and or R for data processing.Experience with IBM DataStage or Cloud Pak for Data ETL tools.Ability to work independently with strong task ownership.Experience validating requirements with business users.Strong prioritization and project task management skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Experience delivering ETL solutions in a remote, collaborative environment.The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $80.00/hr.Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.cyberThink is an Equal Opportunity Employer..
