JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum 13+ Years Consultants preferred! Job Title: ETL Developer Remote Overview We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain ETL workflows and SQL Server database solutions that support data migration, integration, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS/SSAS), along with a strong background in performance tuning, and enterprise-scale ETL development. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data between heterogeneous systems using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support business logic and data processing. Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and application teams to write T-SQL queries based on define data mappings, transformation rules, and integration strategies. Implement data quality checks, error handling, and logging within ETL processes. Optimize ETL pipelines and queries for high performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL job failures, SQL Server performance, or data integrity. Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, workflows, and database design. Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and security standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 6+ experience as a SQL Server Developer, Database Developer, or Database Engineer. Strong expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, partitioning). Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and related tools. Solid understanding of relational database design, normalization, and data modeling. Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
