Evaluation Consultant

A company is looking for a Clinician Evaluation Consultant. Key Responsibilities Advise partner organizations on evaluation strategy and study design Help design analytic plans and statistical approaches for evaluating CHW programs Build partner capacity through training and support in evaluation basics and data interpretation Required Qualifications Clinical fellowship trainee or recent graduate with training in health services research or a related field Clinical experience with patients having complex medical and social needs Technical fluency with evaluation methods such as multivariable regression and randomized controlled trials Collaborative mindset with experience working with diverse stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time
