Bantam Coffee Roasters is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Night Barista to join our team and help us close out the day with excellence. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or someone who just loves the smell of fresh beans and wants to learn the craft, we want to hear from you. We don’t just sling caffeine; we build connections. The Perks Pay: Starting at $12.00/hour with a guaranteed performance-based raise after your first 3 months. Plus up to an extra $5-$10 a hour in tips. The Caffeine Hookup: Unlimited free coffee and espresso drinks while you’re on the clock. Take It Home: One free pound of our premium roasted coffee every single week. Growth: Hands-on training in specialty coffee extraction, milk texture, and latte art. The Schedule Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM Frequency: 5 days a week (Full-Time) The Vibe: You’ll handle the afternoon rush and then transition the shop into a cozy evening atmosphere, finishing the night with a clean, organized space ready for the morning crew. What You’ll Do Craft Excellence: Prepare a variety of espresso and manual brew drinks to our quality standards. Customer Connection: Greet our regulars and newcomers with genuine warmth and helpful recommendations. Keep it Clean: Maintain a tidy workspace, handle mid-day transitions, and execute closing procedures to keep the shop sparkling. Be a Coffee Expert: Learn the stories behind our beans and share that passion with our customers. What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous barista experience is a plus, but not required! We are more than happy to train someone with the right attitude and a hunger to learn. Reliability: You’re someone who shows up on time and ready to dive in. Social Skills: You enjoy talking to people and can handle a busy rush with a calm, friendly demeanor. Detail-Oriented: You care about the "little things"—from the perfect foam to a clean counter.
