Job Overview Join our sourdough bakery team as an Evening Dough Maker/Prep! This role is for Sunday-Wednesday evenings. This vital role is perfect for passionate food enthusiasts eager to craft delicious breads and prepare high-quality doughs for the next day’s service. You’ll work during the evening hours, ensuring all doughs are perfectly prepared, baked, and ready for the morning shift. If you thrive in a detail oriented kitchen environment and love working with pastry and baking techniques, this is your chance to shine! Your energy and culinary skills will directly contribute to creating delightful treats that keep our customers coming back for more. Responsibilities Prepare and mix doughs for a variety of baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality. Prep ingredients needed Support food production by measuring ingredients, following recipes, and adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Follow all food handling protocols and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic environment. Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products. Skills Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or food preparation within a bakery or restaurant setting. Strong skills with attention to detail for attractive presentation. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent math skills for recipe adjustments Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to stand for an extended time and lift (50lb) items as needed. Pay: From $12.00 per hour Work Location: In person
