Now Hiring: Night Kitchen Manager: The Rush Inn Bar & Grille – Avon The Rush Inn Bar & Grille is looking for an experienced Night Kitchen Manager to join our team! We’re seeking a dependable, hardworking leader to work closely with our Head Kitchen Manager and help keep our kitchen running smoothly during evening operations. Position Responsibilities Oversee nightly kitchen operations and staff Work directly with the Head Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth service Responsible for closing the kitchen 5 nights per week Maintain high food quality and consistency standards Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation compliance Assist with line cooking and food prep as needed Help maintain a clean, efficient, and team-focused work environment Qualifications: ✔ Strong cooking experience required ✔ Excellent cleaning and kitchen organization skills ✔ Leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred ✔ Dependable, punctual, and able to manage closing responsibilities independently ✔ Professional references required ✔ Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Stable full-time evening schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a busy, established local restaurant If you’re a strong kitchen leader who takes pride in running a clean, efficient kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!
