Responsibilities Assist with the coordination of events, including guest management Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure the event is smooth and on schedule Support event marketing efforts by engaging with attendees and showing excellent hospitality Oversee onsite event operations, ensuring guest services are exceptional and all event elements are executed flawlessly Handle upselling opportunities for additional services such as premium catering or special amenities to enhance guest experiences Maintain event organization to ensure safety of guest Experience Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, hotel operations, or banquet management is highly desirable Strong and positive attitude with vendors, clients, and guests to enhance event hospitality Excellent communication skills coupled with effective time management to help maintain events Familiarity with catering coordination, and guest services is preferred Experience in community event organization adds valuable insight into more event opportunities Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing events for large or complex events Embark on an exciting journey where your energy fuels unforgettable experiences!
