Job Summary All Star Rentals is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Event Delivery & Installation Crew . As part of our team, you'll deliver and set up tents, tables, chairs, and other event rental equipment at weddings, festivals, grad parties, and more throughout southeastern Wisconsin. This is a seasonal position (full or part-time) through October, with the opportunity for year-round work . It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being physically active, and seeing a different location every day. Duties Drive pickup trucks with trailers to event sites (no CDL required – training provided) Load, unload, and secure rental equipment for transport Set up and tear down tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, etc. Follow assigned delivery routes and adapt to changes as needed Provide clear, friendly communication with customers on-site Perform basic safety checks on vehicles and trailers Assist in the warehouse with organizing and preparing gear Skills Strong work ethic and willingness to work on your feet and stay physically active Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle outdoor work in various weather conditions Team player with good time management and communication skills Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years Weekend availability is required — some deliveries occur Saturdays and Sundays Benefits $18–$21/hour based on experience Flexible schedule: 4 or 8-hour shifts depending on the day Paid time off + paid sick time Paid training Performance bonuses + referral bonuses Employee discounts Opportunity for continued year-round work Join a team that brings big events to life — where every day looks a little different, and hard work truly matters.
