Event Production Assistant

Job Title: Event Production Assistant (Props & Paint) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Overview: Life In Bloom is an event production company and we are seeking a hands-on team member to assist with the creation and preparation of custom event elements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Paint and finish event props including pedestals, bars, backdrops, and other custom pieces Apply vinyl graphics to seating charts, signage, and backdrops with precision Assist with general warehouse tasks including organizing, prepping, and maintaining inventory Support production team with setup and breakdown preparation as needed Ensure all pieces meet quality standards and are event-ready Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Comfortable working with hands and using basic tools Ability to manage time and stay organized in a production environment Team-oriented with a positive, reliable attitude Prior experience with painting, scenic work, or vinyl application is required Work Environment: This is an active, on-your-feet role that combines creative production work with warehouse responsibilities.
