Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as an Event Sales & Customer Service professional, where you will be the vibrant face of our organization, creating memorable experiences for clients and guests alike.In this role, we're looking for energetic, enthusiastic new minds who will drive event sales efforts while delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help foster lasting relationships through direct sales.This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise and customer service skills in a lively, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Represent the longest-running non-profit in its goals to raise awareness in our communities Provide details to assist customers in purchases for abused children Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly, from planning to execution.Manage event logistics by maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members.Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.Maintain organized records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-up actions to support ongoing relationships.Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or sales roles with a passion for engaging with people.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an energetic and positive demeanor.Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events.A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the sales and customer service fields.This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make an impact through energetic engagement and outstanding service delivery.Join us and be part of creating unforgettable experiences that leave lasting impressions!
