Event Security

The Event Security at Carlos Creek patrols the Grand Hall Event Center and property to ensure guests are in compliance with the company alcohol and behavior policies and also ensures that the property is secure at the end of the evening.Responsibilities:Direct vehicle traffic and guests to and from each event space Ensure there is no underage drinking, overconsumption or outside alcohol being consumed Monitor event guests by continually patrolling The Grand Hall, parking lots and surrounding property Address policy violations in a professional, non-threatening manner Report any incidents to the Venue Manager for proper documentation Perform any additional duties as requested by Venue Manager Clear guest off property at the end of the event and assist with locking up buildings and clean up REQUIREMENTS:Strong work ethic Ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent communication, conflict management and resolution skills Team player Flexible weekend schedule Demonstrated history of responsibility and dependability Ability to stand and walk for 8hour shifts Security experience preferred TIME COMMITMENT:Minimum two weekends a month April through October Primarily weekend hours, 3PM - 12:30AM Available to work all Carlos Creek festivals.Available to work two of the three summer holiday weekends if needed ( Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Weekend ) Job Type:Part-time, seasonal May - October Pay:$22/hr Benefits:Employe discount on retail items, beer and wine and retail items Job Type:Part-time Pay:$22.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
