Join BEST Crowd Management and help create a safe, exciting experience for thousands of fans at CPCK Stadium.As an Event Security Officer, you'll be on the front lines of game day operations -- keeping guests safe, assisting fans, and helping events run smoothly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.Whether you're building experience in security, customer service, or public safety, this is your chance to gain valuable skills while working unforgettable events.What You'll Be Doing Be a visible, professional presence throughout the venue Monitor entrances and perform bag checks and guest screenings Patrol assigned areas to maintain a safe environment Respond quickly to incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns Work alongside event staff, law enforcement, and emergency teams Help guests with directions, questions, and support Document incidents and communicate updates with supervisors Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety standards What You Bring 18years old High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced situations Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods Team-first mindset and strong attention to detail Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Previous security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here ?
