Event Server

Event Server: This is a tipped position, hourly rate is based off average weekly tips. Duties Greet and guide customers in a friendly and professional manner Set up and break down event buffets according to standard Take drink orders accurately and promptly Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner Check on customers throughout their experience to ensure satisfaction Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals Assist with food preparation and plating when needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Experience Previous experience working as a server in a restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop required Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings Familiarity with POS systems (Toast) for order entry and payment processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling.
