EVENT SET-UP CREW Job Title: Event Set-Up Crew (Part-Time / On-Call – NYC) Job Description: Now hiring for multiple upcoming NYC events – immediate opportunities available. Evolve Major Media is hiring reliable and hardworking Event Set-Up Crew members to assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces for various NYC-based experiences. This is a part-time, on-call role with opportunities to work multiple events weekly. Responsibilities: Assist with event setup (tables, chairs, décor, signage, equipment) Pick up supplies from stores or vendors (using company vehicle when needed) Prepare event space before guests arrive Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events Follow instructions from event supervisor Schedule: Arrive 2 hours before event start time Return after event for breakdown (or stay on-site if needed) Typically evenings and weekends Pay: $18–$20/hour Requirements: Must be reliable and punctual Able to lift and move equipment Team player with good attitude Must be professional and comfortable in fast-paced environments NYC-based preferred Driver’s license is a plus Serious applicants only.
