In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing event spaces with precision and enthusiasm, ensuring every detail is perfect for a successful event.Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help set the stage for unforgettable moments, making each event a seamless and enjoyable experience for attendees and organizers alike.This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in event logistics while working in a lively, fast-paced environment.Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment to include tents, stages, dance floors, tables, chairs, etc.Ensure all setup tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule to meet event timelines.Collaborate with team members and event coordinators to understand specific setup requirements and special requests.Operate tools and equipment such as hand trucks, ladders, and basic power tools safely and responsibly.Conduct quality checks on all setup elements to verify they meet safety standards and aesthetic expectations.Maintain a clean and organized work area during setup and breakdown processes.Support other team members in troubleshooting setup issues quickly to keep the event on track.Skills Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift objects up to 75lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently.Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.Attention to detail to ensure all elements are correctly assembled and positioned.Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and coordinate with team members.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.Basic familiarity with tools and equipment used in event setup is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Reliable punctuality with a strong work ethic committed to supporting successful event execution.Embark on an exciting journey where your energy transforms spaces into extraordinary venues!
