Overview EVENT CREW - SET UP / STRIKE / CLEAN UP Location:Coachella Valley / Palm Springs Area Pay:Competitive hourly (based on experience) Schedule:Part-time On-call Nights & weekends required We are seeking dependable, hardworking Event Crew Members to assist with event installations and breakdowns.This is a physical, fast-paced role working behind the scenes to bring large-scale events to life.Responsibilities Load, unload, set up, and strike event d cor and equipment Move furniture, rentals, backdrops, truss, and staging Lift and carry heavy items (50lbs) Maintain a clean, organized work area during and after events Follow timelines and crew lead instructions Drive company trucks to and from venues (if qualified) Work as part of a team in high-energy event environments Requirements Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly Comfortable with physical labor and long shifts Reliable transportation and punctuality is a MUST Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Valid driver's license (required for driver roles) Experience in events, moving, warehouse, construction, or staging is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Consistent event work Opportunity for growth and leadership roles Fun, fast-paced team environment Hands-on experience in high-end events To Apply Please message or email:Name Availability Relevant experience Whether you can drive a truck Job Types:Part-time, Temporary Pay:$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
