Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Event Supervisor to lead and coordinate a wide range of events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. In this role, you will oversee event operations, manage vendor relationships, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will drive successful event outcomes, foster positive client relationships, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating every event’s success! Duties Supervise all aspects of event setup, execution, breakdown and flips to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with clients, vendors, catering teams, and venue staff to meet event specifications and timelines. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms and services for events. Upsell additional services or packages to clients to enhance event value and revenue. Manage guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience for attendees. Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to organize all logistical elements efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and venue policies throughout each event. Lead a team of staff during events, providing clear instructions and support for optimal performance. Lead end of night transitions from one event to the next. Skills Background in event planning and/or management with attention to detail and organizational excellence. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in banquet operations and/or restaurant/hotel settings is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, team members, and guests. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
