Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment, signage, and materials are correctly arranged according to event specifications.Provide on-site support during events by guiding attendees, managing registration areas, and addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously.Coordinate with vendors, security personnel, and venue staff to facilitate seamless event operations.Monitor event activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and troubleshoot any issues that arise efficiently.Support the distribution of materials such as programs, promotional items, or supplies as needed throughout the event.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after each occasion.Gather feedback from attendees and team members post-event to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of our service quality.
