Duties Represent the brand confidently at events by engaging with attendees through friendly conversation, product demos, and interactive activities Collect data from event participants to support marketing campaigns and improve outreach strategies Manage social media updates in real-time during events to boost online presence and audience engagement Conduct product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits to potential customers Assist in setting up event spaces, branding materials, and promotional displays to create eye-catching environments Promote upcoming events through outreach on social media platforms and community networks Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees Requirements Previous experience in food service, sales, or customer service roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience with social media management or content creation is highly desirable Ability to perform product demos effectively while engaging audiences of diverse backgrounds Excellent organizational skills for data collection and maintaining accurate records during events Passion for event marketing, branding, and creating memorable customer interactions Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or flexible hours based on event schedules This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your marketing skills while enjoying a lively work environment.
