Evidence Examiner

NovoaGlobal, Inc.is an Orlando-based, high-tech video/photo enforcement firm that provides road safety technology for municipalities across the United States.Our mission is to make all roads safer by eliminating accidents.To this end, we are creating the cross-functional role of Evidence Examiners to complement our existing traffic infraction verification and issuance team.Working from our Orlando office, you will review violation images, videos, and other data to verify a violation occurred, accept/reject, and forward to an approval/rejection queue.You will also answer incoming calls to help with customer inquiries.Cross-functional opportunities may be available once a probationary period is completed and may involve assignments within other departments within this rapidly growing sector We have immediate openings for two (2) Evidence Examiners.We look forward to hearing from you.A background check is required.Key Responsibilities:Filter and process violation data Perform lookups for registered owner information Verify the accuracy of video/still image evidence packages Run various reports Communicate effectively and give feedback to management Provide online and telephone Customer Service Assist in Program Management / Operations as required Data Processing experience Quality Assurance experience is an advantage Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Office Proven communication skills (written and verbal) in English Must be detail-oriented and a great verbal/written communicator Quality-driven professional attitude to work and colleagues Must be organized and self-disciplined Must be an enthusiastic people person Clean criminal records.We will perform a background check Bilingual - fluent English/Spanish preferred Be able to sit for long periods for data entry/event processing Candidate must possess the following Qualifications:Preferred 1 -3 years of data processing.Work Location:One location Work Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Education:Associate (Required) Language:Spanish (Preferred) Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Orlando, FL 32809 (Required) Work Location:In person.
