Job Description
Location: Remote Reports to: CEO Type: Full-time Compensation: $250k+ base + bonus + equity About the Role We’re hiring an experienced commercial leader to oversee and scale all net-new revenue efforts across Sales, Consultant Relations, and Strategic Partnerships. This executive will play a critical role in driving growth, building scalable go-to-market infrastructure, and leading a high-performing commercial organization through its next phase of expansion. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution. What You’ll Own Lead and scale the direct Sales organization to consistently exceed revenue targets Oversee Consultant Relations and Strategic Partnerships functions Develop and execute a unified go-to-market strategy across all commercial channels Personally support and close high-value enterprise opportunities as needed in a player-coach capacity • Establish KPIs, forecasting processes, and pipeline management best practices • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to optimize the buyer journey and client experience • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial talent Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and long-term revenue strategy What We’re Looking For Significant experience within B2B digital health, healthcare technology, or benefits technology environments Proven success scaling revenue in high-growth organizations Strong track record closing complex enterprise deals with senior HR, Benefits, or executive stakeholders Experience leading enterprise sales, consultant relations, partnerships, or broader commercial organizations Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, systems, and processes in evolving environments Passion for improving employee well-being, healthcare access, or workforce outcomes
