With the combined experience in structured finance, credit analysis, and secondary market trading, the team provides strategic insight and operational excellence that drive the company’s success in a dynamic and competitive market The EVP, Portfolio Investments develops and manages the strategies for purchasing and managing MSRs (Mortgage Servicing Rights) and associated funding structures. This includes ownership of strategic and financial objectives, strategy execution, and the overall operating plan with the objective to drive scale and incremental revenue while working effectively across the organization to contribute to overall enterprise growth and profitability. Responsibilities include oversight for business operations, including talent acquisition and development, operational performance, required infrastructure, management, and evaluation of systems and models, definition and optimization of workflows and processes to ensure an efficient and effective environment. This role functions as a General Manager, responsible for all facets of Janssen Ridge with the expectation to achieve financial targets, appropriately grow the business, and ensure adherence with company compliance requirements and industry regulations. Success in this role requires in-depth knowledge and experience with the valuation, trading, and acquisition of MSRs, client management acumen, and the evaluation and management of loan portfolios.
