Job Description:FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Position Overview:We are looking for dependable, safety-oriented individuals to join our team as FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers.Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to residential and commercial locations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with all operational and safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:oOperate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle (cargo van or box truck) safely and professionally oComplete pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness oLoad, organize, and deliver packages along a designated route oDeliver packages within assigned time windows and scan at each stop using a handheld device oMaintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times oComplete monthly safety training modules as required by FedEx Ground oPromptly report all mechanical issues or vehicle concerns to your manager oCommunicate effectively with dispatch and customers oAccurately track and document deliveries and pickups oAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and transportation regulations Qualifications:oMust be at least 21 years old oValid driver's license (CDL not required) oClean driving record (MVR will be reviewed) oAbility to pass a DOT physical and drug screening oCapable of lifting over 75 lbs.with equipment.and managing physically demanding tasks oPunctual, organized, and dependable oWillingness to work weekends and holidays if needed Pay:$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Work Location:On the road.
