Claudia Cares Consulting Inc. is a growing mother-daughter-owned agency supporting individuals with disabilities through California Regional Center services and the Self-Determination Program. We are passionate about empowering clients to live independent, fulfilling, and self-directed lives. We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and Director of Program Operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and wants to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership Assist with daily office operations and special projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, proofreading and document preparation Strong financial, analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail Review, process, and reconcile invoices Weekend work for month-end support Track and complete Monthly invoicing Coordinate meetings, schedules, agendas, and communications Compose, proofread, and edit documents and reports Organize files, maintain tracking systems, and manage agency records Respond professionally to client and staff inquiries Support operational problem-solving and department coordination Attend staff meetings and assist with additional administrative duties as needed Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Gmail, Outlook, and OneDrive Experience in a fast-paced professional environment Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Project management experience preferred Requirements Must reside in Los Angeles County within driving distance of the San Fernando Valley Mostly remote position with occasional in-person meetings Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace required Required a quiet, private workspace Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to provide 3 professional references, including 1 former employer Must be able to pass a background check Why Join Us?
