This position will be responsible for the following duties: Calendaring and meeting coordination (onsite and remote) Travel coordination (both international and domestic Prepare expense reports Create PowerPoint presentations and other meeting materials Take and distribute meeting minutes Perform gatekeeping duties and prioritize action items for the CEO Interface with clients in the CEO's absence Requirements: Recent Executive Assistant experience supporting a C-Suite executive Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Understanding and interest in AI technology preferred but not required This is an incredible organization to work with low turnover, generous benefits and room for further growth within the organization.
