What You’ll Do Manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate high-level meetings and travel across multiple time zones. Organize agendas, prep reports, manage expenses, and ensure all follow-ups are tracked and completed. Draft and edit polished emails, reports, and presentations, act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Support special initiatives, implement systems, and improve processes for optimal efficiency. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Represent the Divisional President in meetings, take clear and timely minutes, and follow through on action items. What You Bring 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Office Specialist/Manager (hospice experience a plus) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proven success managing busy calendars, travel coordination, and expense reports Impeccable organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks Strong communication—both verbal and written—with a professional tone and approach Natural problem-solving instincts, resourcefulness, and sound judgment Discretion, maturity, and the ability to work with confidential information Ability to travel (sometimes last minute) and work flexible hours as needed We Got the Perks: Tuition Reimbursement PTO and Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more HSA & 401(k) available Mileage Reimbursement for applicable positions Advanced training programs Passionate company culture committed to the highest standard of care in the hospice industry Join a Team that embraces the reverence of life!
