We are currently in search of an Executive Assistant for the Computer History Museum located in Mountain View, CA. This is a Direct Hire, Hybrid (70% Onsite), Full-Time position. ORGANIZATION: Computer History Museum POSITION TITLE: Executive Assistant LOCATION: Mountain View, CA; Hybrid (70% onsite) SALARY: $85,000-$95,000/year DOE plus excellent benefits Is This Your Dream Job? Reporting to the President and CEO, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and supporting the effective day-to-day operations of the CEO's office. The role supports Board governance processes, facilitates communication across the leadership team, and ensures effective follow-through on priorities. Our Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and supporting leadership priorities Experience supporting senior leadership in a nonprofit or similar environment Experience coordinating Board or governance activities Experience using project management or workflow tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, or similar) Experience with Board management platforms (e.g., BoardEffect) or similar tools Experience supporting donor-related activities or working with de
