Act as a primary liaison for the CEO, managing calendars, priorities, and confidential initiatives Coordinate and prepare board materials, executive presentations, and meeting logistics Plan and execute high‑level dinners, events, and executive engagements Interface professionally with senior executives, governmental entities, and political stakeholders Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel with precision Anticipate executive needs, take ownership of initiatives, and support operational and organizational functions across the business Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English U.S. Citizen (required) Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C‑suite executives (strongly preferred) Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive Confident and appropriately assertive while maintaining diplomacy and professionalism Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent senior leadership at the highest level #INMAY2026
