A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Contract Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders during an exciting period of growth and impact. This is a 3–6-month contract with strong potential to convert, offering a hybrid schedule in downtown Chicago. In this role, you’ll provide high-level support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, scheduling, meeting logistics, expenses, communications, and day-to-day executive support while helping leadership stay organized and focused on key priorities. This team is looking for someone who is proactive, polished, highly organized, and comfortable operating as a true right hand. There is a personal support component to this role as well, so they are seeking someone who is comfortable supporting the full scope of an executive’s day-to-day life with professionalism, discretion, and a high-touch service mindset. The ideal candidate can anticipate needs, create structure where needed, and confidently manage shifting priorities while building systems and processes that help leadership operate more efficiently.
