This position is responsible for providing diversified administrative/clerical support and assistance to the Chief, Senior System Medical Advisor(s), Adena Health Foundation and the Adena Health System Board of Trustees. Duties may include Board Committee meeting support, educational functions, the Annual Workshop and Annual Meeting. This position demonstrates flexibility and teamwork in managing his/her area of support, uses appropriate judgment and maturity in dealing with a variety of situations and performs proactively with minimal direct supervision. This position performs functions of a confidential nature requiring a high level of professionalism and ability to effectively interact with Adena Health System governance, executive leadership and representatives of external organizations. This position has access to confidential information including physician information, patient information, employee information and Board of Trustee activities. This position may serve in a supervisory role to senior leader executive assistants in conjunction with management and to the office administrative staff. Supervisory responsibilities may include hiring, evaluating and terminating. Required Education: Associates Degree Required Experience: 5 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment Why Caregivers Stay?
