Who you are High school diploma or equivalency certificate 6+ years of demonstrated experience in supporting senior leaders in engineering or technical organizations Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 8+ years of demonstrated executive assistant experience supporting engineering leadership in aerospace, hardware, or manufacturing environments Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and scheduling platforms What the job involves As the Executive Assistant of Engineering at Impulse you will support the SVP of Engineering and VP of Assembly, Integration & Testing You will operate as a force multiplier for senior engineering leaders, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution across a complex, hardware-driven environment You’ll work closely with engineers, program managers, recruiting, and operations to keep the organization running smoothly Manage complex calendars across two senior engineering leaders Coordinate recurring meeting cadences: Staff meetings (multiple team segments) 1:1s with direct reports Department all-hands and leadership meetings Optimize time allocation and meeting effectiveness Partner with engineering, marketing, finance, and program management teams Facilitate communication and alignment across functions Coordinate team events, offsites, and engagement initiatives Coordinate domestic and international travel, often with short timelines Manage on-site logistics for visitors, candidates, and partners Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision: Enjoy the best medical, dental and optical coverage money can buy.
