Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a highly polished and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting executives in a large corporation or publicly traded company and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and confidence. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives and senior leadership teams. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule domestic/international travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, correspondence, and other executive materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Act as a liaison between executives, internal departments, board members, clients, and external stakeholders. Coordinate executive meetings, conference calls, and special events, including logistics and meeting materials. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Track and process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation. Assist with project coordination, follow-up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met. Support cross-functional communication and help improve administrative processes and workflow efficiencies. Maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization while demonstrating excellent customer service and executive presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives within a large corporation or publicly traded company required. Strong understanding of corporate structure, executive-level operations, and professional business etiquette. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and executive-level meetings. Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
