Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and key priorities. This role serves as a central coordination point across teams, ensuring smooth execution, proactive problem-solving, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Support key senior executives, ensuring focus on key priorities and cross-team alignment. Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and improve workflows. Manage complex calendars; prioritize meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts. Prepare for meetings; coordinate logistics and track key follow-ups. Oversee end-to-end travel; adapt plans as priorities shift. Coordinate projects; track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Process expenses in line with company policies. Serve as main point of contact; ensure clear communication and follow-through. Handle confidential information with discretion. Maintain organized documents, records, and agreements. Provide team coverage and support as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience within financial services (e.g., private equity, investment management, venture capital) required. Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF). Collaborative and able to work across all levels. High discretion and professionalism. Strong prioritization and project management abilities. Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Dallas. SE: 510797280
