Key Responsibilities Provide executive support to senior leadership Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic meeting materials Attend leadership meetings, capture notes, and drive follow-up Support contracts, legal documentation, compliance, and policy management Assist with risk management and operational initiatives Improve document control, processes, and administrative systems Partner across multiple business units on special projects Ideal Background Executive Assistant Corporate Paralegal / Legal Administrator Executive development or rotational program experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred MBA, paralegal certification, or legal studies a plus 2-7 years of relevant experience Strong executive presence and communication skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Advanced Microsoft Office skills High discretion, professionalism, and business maturity
