Executive AssistantNabell Winslow Investments & Wealth ManagementLocation:Wilmington, NCSchedule:Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMContact:910-239-9130josh@nabellwinslow.com About Us Nabell Winslow Investments & Wealth Management is a boutique financial advisory firm dedicated to helping accomplished entrepreneurs, professionals, retirees, and those with sudden wealth pursue long-term financial independence through personalized, comprehensive wealth management services.Our approach integrates advanced planning strategies across retirement income planning, portfolio management, business owner planning, and legacy planning.We emphasize client-centric service, technical expertise, and transparent, customized advice to help clients achieve their financial goals and enrich their lives.Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive executive assistant to support our team and help maintain a professional, organized office environment.This role is critical to the smooth operation of our daily activities and client service experience.Key Responsibilities Schedule & Calendar Management Coordinate and manage internal and external meeting calendars for advisors.Schedule client appointments, conference calls, and virtual meetings.Track and confirm all appointments to optimize time and reduce conflicts.Front Desk & Client Reception Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.Greet guests professionally and escort to conference room Answer incoming calls and route messages appropriately.Administrative Support Create, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files.Prepare client correspondence and administrative documents.Support office organization, including supply inventory and communal spaces.Assist with general administrative tasks to support advisors and team members, to include some asset movement and basic account service.Qualifications Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using CRM is preferred, specifically Redtail Prior experience in administrative support or scheduling preferred Benefits Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM workweek Two (2) Weeks of Vacation per year 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match (eligible after 1 year of service) Securities and Advisory Services offered through Cetera Advisors LLC, member FINRA, SIPC, a broker/dealer and a Registered Investment Adviser.Cetera is under separate ownership from any other named entity.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location:In person.
