Executive Assistant Overview:Our client, a leading apparel company, is seeking an experienced contract Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team for approximately 3-4 months.In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the company's executive leadership, ensuring seamless communication, meticulous scheduling, and efficient coordination of travel and events.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in organizational prowess, and are committed to maintaining confidentiality, this is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growth-driven organization.Compensation:$40.00 - $45.00 per hour Responsibilities:Facilitate a wide range of administrative functions for senior executives, including managing and prioritizing a demanding calendar of appointments.Prepare and draft correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.Orchestrate complex travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and related logistics.Research and follow up on various issues, determining appropriate actions with proactive judgment.Collaborate closely with leadership to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring efficient time management.Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering needs.Manage internal and external communication channels, ensuring clarity and timeliness.Support the execution of personal and confidential matters for the leadership team when needed.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree.8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.Expert proficiency in written and verbal communication.Proactive problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.Highly resourceful team player capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.Proven track record of achieving high performance goals and managing projects under tight deadlines in fast-paced settings.Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities and offering practical solutions.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with travel and expense management tools.Our Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging The Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.We welcome and encourage applications from people who are under-represented in their respective occupation or position.#HGP .
