This role will act as a true partner to the CEO, and play an integral role in shaping company culture as they grow. The ideal candidate has experience working in a tech startup, high-growth environment and is energized by the opportunity to build out the administrative & operations function as they company scales! THE NITTY GRITTY: Executive Support Act as a proactive partner and trusted right hand Strategically manage and optimize the CEOs calendar and schedule Anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and think ten steps ahead Manage incoming & outgoing communications with professionalism & urgency Track important action items, send follow-ups, and manage deadlines Arrange travel and prepare itineraries Prepare for meetings, interact with important stakeholders, and prepare necessary materials Process expenses & invoices Culture & Team Experience Build and elevate company culture initiatives Coordinate birthdays, anniversaries, new hire welcomes Plan team-building events, happy hours, and holiday parties Help foster a strong, cohesive in-person environment THE ESSENTIALS: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant Must have experience working at a tech startup or high-growth tech environment Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to respond to action items & urgent matters outside of traditional business
