This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch, highly relational environment where communication, responsiveness, anticipation, and operational support are critical to the success of the business. The Founder is deeply involved in client relationships, business development, creative direction, and day-to-day operations. This role serves as the connective tissue behind the scenes ensuring information flows quickly, priorities stay aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, tech-savvy, and energized by supporting a high-performing founder and luxury brand environment. What Youll Own Executive Support + Communication Management Manage complex calendar scheduling with strong attention to timing, logistics, and priorities Monitor and manage inbox communication throughout the day with urgency and discernment Draft responses and communicate professionally on behalf of the Founder Act as a trusted communication hub between the Founder, clients, vendors, internal team members, and external partners Track action items, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations to ensure continuity and responsiveness Help protect the Founde
