Executive Assistant to Property Owner Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA Employment Type: Part-Time Compensation: $40–$45 per hour About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a private real estate property owner in managing a diverse portfolio. This role is the "right hand" to the owner, ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining high-standard client/vendor relations, and overseeing property-related projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and possesses exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Transaction & Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including lease agreements, vendor contracts, and insurance records. Leasing & Marketing Support: Assist in drafting property listings, coordinating professional photography, and managing social media or online advertising for vacancies. Property Inspections: Periodically visit properties to ensure they are well-maintained and to oversee the completion of repairs. Administrative Support: Manage the owner's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange for meetings. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or property management. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and real estate-specific platforms (e.g., MLS, CRM, or Yardi). Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction. Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive financial and personal information with total confidentiality. Education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate is a plus. License: A valid driver's license is required for local property visits. Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person
